We called SERVPRO of West Chicago after we found water on our kitchen floor. I really didn’t want them to demolish anything so the technician said they would try to dry it without removal. Josh came out to check on the progress and explained they needed to remove some damaged floor. He explained that it was necessary so I agreed and I am happy that he was honest with me about what really needed to be done. They came out and treated my wife and I like their only customer. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

I contacted SERVPRO a few months ago after finding some water damage in my father's basement. The SERVPRO team was fantastic!! From the people in the office to the workers who came on-site, they were very professional. They assessed the damage & figured out what was causing the water leak. Once the problem was fixed, they came in and cleaned everything. Very impressed with them. My father is older & in poor health and the respect they showed to him, and his belongings, & his house was impeccable.
